Internet Sales and Return Policy
Once you receive our merchandise, it is covered by our Manufacturers warranty for a period of 90-days. The details of the warranty are covered in full on the warranty card enclosed with the equipment.
If within 7 days of receipt, you decide not to keep the merchandise, you may return it unopened at your cost. All original packaging, Instruction Booklet and blank Warranty Card, must be returned un-damaged and un-used. We carefully inspect returns for signs of usage or shipping damage. Upon satisfactory inspection of the merchandise, Swintec will issue credit to your credit card for the cost of the machine less our original cost of shipping. Packages received in damaged, altered, incomplete or defective condition will be denied Return Credit. If it is determined the package was opened prior to return, there will be a re-stocking fee of 20% deducted from the credit.
If it is determined the equipment was used, Swintec will deny any return credit.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by calling first for a Return Authorization Code. This code must be displayed prominently on the outside of the package or the package will be refused and returned. Return Authorizations will expire 14 days after issuance and items received after expiration will be refused and/or returned.
Packages returned should be insured against shipping damage, as Swintec will not accept any responsibility for receiving damaged goods. We suggest shipping through a "traceable carrier" for your protection.
